RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
RETURN POLICY
Viviana D’Ontañón products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original condition. Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected at our offices. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. From December 1st through December 31st, jewelry may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items such as earrings do not apply for our return policy due to sanitary guidelines.
Viviana D’ Ontañón is unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your original purchase or return.
If you need to return or exchange an item contact us via email at customerservice@vivianadontanon.com and title the subject of your e-mail “Return” followed by your order number with the reason for your return.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon arrival at customerservice@vivianadontanon.com. Title the subject of your e-mail “Damaged Items” followed by your order number. Please provide us with clear pictures of the damaged item(s) for review.
Viviana D’ Ontañón is not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from this website. Please contact the retailer from which your original purchase was made for assistance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Viviana D’ Ontañón will accept cancellations for orders within the first 24 hours after an order is placed or before the order is processed for shipping. VDO will issue a full refund to the original payment method. After 24 hours or after shipping has been processed, cancelled orders will be issued a full refund to the original payment method for the total amount of the order once the merchandise is returned.
SALE ITEMS
Any purchased made during a Flash Sale, using a promotional discount code or items from the SALE section are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you purchase a SALE item and it arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon arrival at customerservice@vivianadontanon.com and title the subject of your e-mail “Damaged Sale Items” followed by your order number. Please provide us with clear pictures of the damaged item(s) for review.
REPAIRS
All current collection VDO items have a 30-day warranty for factory damages. Once the 30-day warranty period expires, all Viviana D'Ontañón jewelry is only eligible for our repair services, except for ALL items in the SALE section.
Please, contact customerservice@vivianadontanon.com with any repair issues and we will provide a repair quote or solution if applicable. If shipping is required, all costs are to be covered by the customer.
