RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Viviana D’Ontañón jewelry and clothing may be returned for store credit only within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original condition. From December 1st through December 31st, jewelry and clothing may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items such as face masks do not apply for our return policy due to sanitary guidelines.
The store credit will be sent to the customer as an electronic gift card via e-mail. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Viviana D’Ontañón is unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your original purchase or return.

Please title the subject of your e-mail “Return” followed by your order number.
Viviana D’Ontañón will accept cancellations for orders within the first 24 hours after an order is placed and will issue the customer a full refund to their original payment method. After 24 hours, cancelled orders will be issued a store credit and a Gift Card will be sent via email for the total amount of the order.
All purchased items from the SALE section are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you purchase a SALE item and it arrives damaged, contact us immediately for assistance. Please provide pictures of the damaged item(s) for review.
Any purchases made during a Flash Sale or using a promotional discount code are eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit only. (This excludes all items in the SALE section).
Once the 15 day warranty period expires, all Viviana D'Ontañón jewelry is eligible for our repair services. (This excludes all items in the SALE section) Please, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any repair issues and we will provide a repair quote or solution if applicable. If shipping is required, all costs are to be covered by the customer.
