RETURNS/ EXCHANGES POLICY

Viviana D’ Ontañón may be returned for store credit only or exchanged within 14 days after being delivered. The item must be return in the original condition so it can be processed as a return or exchange. 

 

The store credit will be send to the customer as an electronic gift card via email. Gift cards can’t be returned.

 

If it’s an exchange the first return shipping label is free! The customer is responsible only for the shipping cost of the new item.

 

Viviana D’ Ontañón is unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your original purchase or return. 

 

Contact us via email at customerservice@vivianadontanon.com for all return and exchange requests. 

 

Please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number.

 

SALE ITEMS

All purchased items from the SALE section is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. 

If you have any doubts or questions about an item before purchasing it, please contact us.

 

If you purchase a SALE item and it arrives damaged, contact us right away so we can help you. Please include photos of the damage item(s) for review.

 

PROMOTIONAL SALE

Any purchases made during a Flash Sale or using a promotional discount code are eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit only. (This excludes all items in the SALE section).
