RETURNS POLICY

Viviana D’ Ontañón jewelry and clothing may be returned for store credit only within 15 days after being delivered. The item must be returned in the original condition so it can be processed.

  

Items such as face masks do not apply for our return policy due to sanitary guidelines.

 

 

The store credit will be sent to the customer as an electronic gift card via e-mail. Gift cards cannot be returned.

  

Viviana D’ Ontañón is unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your original purchase or return.

Please title the subject of your email “Return” followed by your order number.

 

SALE ITEMS

All purchased items from the SALE section are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. 

If you purchase a SALE item and it arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can assist you. Please provide pictures of the damaged item(s) for review.

 

PROMOTIONAL SALE

Any purchases made during a Flash Sale or using a promotional discount code are eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit only. (This excludes all items in the SALE section).

 

REPAIRS

All Viviana D’ Ontañón jewelry is eligible for our repair services after they comply with our 15-day warranty period. If shipping is required, all costs are to be covered by the customer.
